Origin Story
We launched our real estate careers in February 2014 with a focus on serving residents of Kingwood and the broader Lake Houston area. In February 2023 we founded Kingwood Property Management to bring a more personalized, professionally managed approach to both residential sales and property management. Our property management practice began by assisting neighbors with home oversight while they were abroad; through consistently attentive service and referrals, that neighborhood-focused beginning quickly expanded into a broader, trusted property management offering.
Prior Experience and Approach
Before founding Kingwood Property Management, we served as office manager for a 250-agent real estate franchise for five years, gaining operational expertise, insight into agent support, and a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities. Earlier careers in education and coaching taught us patient instruction, active listening, and individualized mentorship—qualities we apply daily to client relationships, tenant relations, and seller guidance.
